Elinso-ECBH Ceramic heating Bands are often used to transfer heat into industrial machine parts, injection moldings, extruders, pipeworks and circular containers. The heater itself is known for its durability and easy to mount style.
By using ceramic fiber insulation between the ceramics and the stainless casing ECBH are reducing energy consumption up to 30% compared to less advanced builds.
The ceramic Heating Bands offers a well-balanced heat transfer into the next layer of metal and comes with a clamping screw and spring; this feature makes the installation easy. The heater can be ordered with a perforated stainless casing for adaptation to forced ventilation.
Elinso offers customized manufacturing such as different dimensions, multiple choices connection boxes and cut outs in many shapes.
