The construction of a mica heating bands is done with high quality resistance wire, micanite sheets and a high temperature treated stainless steel casing. The heating bands withstands temporary peak temperatures up to 400°C, has an even heat distribution and are impact resistance.

Mica heating bands can be provided with built in thermocouple and nipples, holes and slots for external temperature sensors.

Power supply can be connected by pre-assembled cables, connection boxes or contacts.
